You can chop, slice, edit your own loops or samples to build groups that way.
You'd be surprised how many resources out there to help. Search for specific tutorials on youtube for what you want to achieve out of maschine. Try to familiarize yourself with Maschine's sampler. Or, you can drag and drop your own sounds (wav files) right on to maschine's pads (or sounds slots) to make your own group to play on the pads. Use Maschine's library and browsing features to narrow your group sources by searching individual samples.
Many of Maschine's factory groups do have vocal samples, some monophonic, some hip hop oriented (but obviously not all). Load up any kits from Maschine factory groups and there you have samples. I don't know your experience level with maschine, but, what I take from your post is you simply want is your own group of sounds inside Maschine to play on the pads ? That's fairly easy.
