I will attach some screen shots to hopefully make my situation easier to understand.

I literally have no idea whats happening so any feed back would be greatly appreciated. Previously i did get a message that said something along the lines of 'the slected pluging has been manually removed, please restart you NMM and try again' Every time i try activate it, it just says that the mod was not activated, i dont know whats going on.

So i havent been able to activate MMM at all.
